How it works

1. Cast the artifact in your hand by paying its mana cost.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Delivery Moogle.
3. When Delivery Moogle enters, it triggers, searching your library or graveyard for the other artifact and putting it into your hand.
4. Activate the artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Displacer Kitten's avoidance ability to continuously reset Delivery Moogle every time you cast a noncreature spell, letting the Moogle constantly tutor up cheap artifacts from your library or graveyard. You can repeatedly fetch and cast either Lotus Petal to generate an endless supply of colored mana and storm count, or Delif's Cone to serve as the zero-mana fuel that keeps the loop turning. By alternating your fetches, the Kitten ensures your Moogle never runs out of landing spots, transforming a humble Delivery Moogle and a handful of trinkets into an unstoppable engine.
