How it works
- Cast the artifact in your hand by paying its mana cost.
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Delivery Moogle.
- When Delivery Moogle enters, it triggers, searching your library or graveyard for the other artifact and putting it into your hand.
- Activate the artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it.
- Repeat.
This clever loop turns the unassuming Delivery Moogle into an engine by leveraging Displacer Kitten's blink ability every time you cast a cheap artifact. Because Mishra's Bauble and Delif's Cone both cost zero or one mana, casting them triggers the Kitten to reset the Moogle, which in turn tutors the next artifact straight to your hand. As you continually cast, sacrifice, and flicker your way through these pieces, you generate an unbounded storm count and endless sacrifice triggers.
