How it works
Cast the artifact in your hand by paying its mana cost.
When Delivery Moogle enters, it triggers, searching your library or graveyard for the other artifact and putting it into your hand.
Activate the artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it.
Repeat.
This looping engine relies on Displacer Kitten to turn every noncreature spell you cast into a blink effect for Delivery Moogle, resetting its entry trigger so you can continuously tutor up your missing pieces from the library or graveyard. By alternating between Urza's Bauble and Delif's Cone as your cheap artifacts, you can cast one to trigger the Kitten, sacrifice it for its effect, and use the Moogle to fetch the other back to your hand. This creates a perpetual cycle of entering and leaving the battlefield that generates infinite storm count, artifact triggers, and future card draw.
