How it works

1. Cast the artifact in your hand by paying its mana cost.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Delivery Moogle.
3. When Delivery Moogle enters, it triggers, searching your library or graveyard for the other artifact and putting it into your hand.
4. Activate the artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it.
5. Repeat.

This clever engine harnesses Displacer Kitten's avoidance ability to repeatedly reset Delivery Moogle every time you cast a noncreature spell, which in this case is your choice of cheap artifacts. Each blink of Delivery Moogle lets you tutor up whichever piece is currently missing, fetching Delif's Cone or Dark Sphere directly from your library or graveyard straight into your hand. You can then immediately cast that newly retrieved artifact—whether it's the life-gaining Delif's Cone or the damage-preventing Dark Sphere—to trigger the Kitten all over again. By looping this sequence endlessly, you generate an infinite chain of artifact enters-the-battlefield, leaves-the-battlefield, and sacrifice triggers alongside an arbitrarily high storm count.
