This clever loop relies on Emry, Lurker of the Loch to continuously pull Delif's Cone straight from the graveyard for free, thanks to its built-in cost reduction. Every time you cast the Cone, Chakram Retriever triggers off casting a spell during your turn, untapping Emry so the whole cycle can begin anew. While Delif's Cone is mostly there as cheap artifact fodder that sends itself to the graveyard upon activation, the resulting stream of continuous casts lets you rack up infinite artifact entries, exits, sacrifices, and a towering storm count.
