How it works

1. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Delif's Cone from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the humble sacrifice of Delif's Cone into a perpetual engine by recycling the artifact right back to the top of your library. As Delif's Cone hits the graveyard, Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer triggers to grow itself and your Golems with +1/+1 counters, providing the exact fuel Arcbound Reclaimer needs to pluck the Cone from the bin and place it back into your deck. Meanwhile, Elsha of the Infinite lets you peek at the top of your library and instantly cast that free artifact again with flash, triggering prowess along the way for an infinitely large commander.
