How it works

1. Cast Delif's Cone either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0
2. Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
3. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns a modest artifact into a self-sustaining engine by leaning on the top-deck freedom granted by One with the Multiverse. Because One with the Multiverse lets you cast spells directly from the top of your library—and even allows you to cast Delif's Cone without paying its mana cost once per turn—you can repeatedly deploy the Cone from the very place Arcbound Reclaimer puts it. Every time you cast it, chapters II and III of Showdown of the Skalds trigger to supply the exact +1/+1 counter that Arcbound Reclaimer needs to recycle Delif's Cone right back onto your library.
