How it works

1. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Delif's Cone from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This intricate loop relies on looping a zero-mana artifact to perpetually feed your artifact sacrifice and graveyard triggers. You begin by sacrificing Delif's Cone, which triggers Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer to grow itself and all your Golems with fresh +1/+1 counters. You then use Arcbound Reclaimer to strip one of those counters away, recycling Delif's Cone right back onto the top of your library. Finally, the passive enchantment One with the Multiverse allows you to play that very same Delif's Cone directly off the top of your library for free, resetting the loop for infinite triggers and ever-growing stats.
