How it works

1. Cast Delif's Cone either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0
2. Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
3. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Fortune Teller's Talent at Level 3 to entirely eliminate the cost of casting Delif's Cone from the top of your library, allowing you to cast it for free. Each time you cast it, Showdown of the Skalds triggers its second and third chapters to place a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer, fueling the Reclaimer's activated ability. You then sacrifice Delif's Cone and tap into Arcbound Reclaimer to recycle the Cone right back to the top of your library, where Fortune Teller's Talent lets you look at it and cast it all over again.
