How it works

1. Cast Delif's Cone either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0
2. Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
3. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns a seemingly innocuous artifact into an engine by leveraging Mm'menon, the Right Hand's static ability to let you cast artifact spells directly from the top of your library. You cast Delif's Cone for zero mana, allowing Showdown of the Skalds's triggered ability to replenish Arcbound Reclaimer with the exact +1/+1 counter it needs to fuel its own activation. You then sacrifice Delif's Cone for mana via Mm'menon, the Right Hand's granting of an active mana ability, and use Arcbound Reclaimer to cycle Delif's Cone right back to the top of your library. Because Mm'menon, the Right Hand also grants you the ability to look at the top card of your library at any time, you can seamlessly repeat this process to generate infinite sacrifice triggers, enter-the-battlefield effects, and storm count.
