How it works

1. Cast Delif's Cone either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0
2. Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
3. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Repeat.

This crafty loop leverages Madame Web, Clairvoyant to peer into the future and cast noncreature artifacts directly from the top of your library for free, setting up Delif's Cone to be repeatedly sacrificed. Showdown of the Skalds provides the crucial engine fuel: its later chapters turn every spell you cast into a +1/+1 counter that instantly replenishes Arcbound Reclaimer. With those counters restored, Arcbound Reclaimer can immediately pluck Delif's Cone right back from the graveyard onto the top of your library, creating a perpetual motion machine of artifact casting and sacrificing.
