How it works

1. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Delif's Cone from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Future Sight to turn the top of your library into an extension of your hand, allowing you to continually recast Delif's Cone for zero mana as soon as it hits the graveyard. When you sacrifice Delif's Cone, Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer triggers to grow your growing army of Golems and buff itself with fresh +1/+1 counters. You can then use Arcbound Reclaimer to siphon away one of those newly minted +1/+1 counters, returning Delif's Cone straight to the top of your library to restart the whole cycle.
