How it works

1. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Delif's Cone from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This looping engine relies on repeatedly cycling Delif's Cone through the graveyard to continuously trigger Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer, growing your entire Golem army along the way. To keep the loop going indefinitely, Arcbound Reclaimer happily spends its own +1/+1 counters to recycle the Cone right back onto the top of your library. Finally, The Reality Chip makes this entire operation self-sustaining from the top of your deck by letting you cast the Cone for zero mana whenever you please.
