How it works

1. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Delif's Cone from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This crafty loop begins by sacrificing Delif's Cone, sending the artifact to your graveyard and triggering Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer to hand out a flurry of +1/+1 counters to itself and your Golems. You then use one of those newly minted counters to fuel Arcbound Reclaimer's ability, which places Delif's Cone right back onto the top of your library. Thanks to Crystal Skull, Isu Spyglass granting you the ability to cast historic spells from the top of your library, you can replay the zero-mana artifact immediately and restart the entire cycle.
