How it works
- Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
- Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
- Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
- Cast Delif's Cone from the top of your library by paying 0.
- Repeat.
This clever loop relies on Fortune Teller's Talent at Level 3 to reduce the casting cost of Delif's Cone to zero, allowing it to be continuously replayed directly from the top of your library. Whenever you sacrifice Delif's Cone, Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer notices the artifact hitting the graveyard and hands out a growing stack of +1/+1 counters to itself and your Golems. You then use Arcbound Reclaimer to strip one of those newly minted counters away, recycling the sacrificed cone right back to the top of your library to keep the engine churning.
