How it works

1. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Delif's Cone from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This loop transforms the humble sacrifice of Delif's Cone into a relentless engine of growth, fueled entirely from your graveyard and library. Whenever you crack the Cone, Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer notices the artifact hitting the graveyard and pumps up its own size alongside your Golems with fresh +1/+1 counters. Arcbound Reclaimer immediately uses one of those freshly minted counters to rescue Delif's Cone from the graveyard and slide it straight back onto your library. From there, The Lunar Whale lets you gaze at the top of your deck and replay the Cone for zero mana, setting the whole cycle up to repeat indefinitely.
