How it works

1. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Delif's Cone from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Delif's Cone into a self-recycling engine, where sacrificing it triggers Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer to bolster your board with scaling +1/+1 counters. To keep the cycle going, Arcbound Reclaimer dips into its own modular reserves—or counters grown by Ich-Tekik—to constantly pluck the sacrificed Cone from the graveyard and place it back on top of your library. From there, Mm'menon, the Right Hand lets you look at the top of your library and immediately recast the artifact for free, turning those mana-producing abilities and the top-deck access into an endless stream of artifact triggers, storm count, and ever-growing stats.
