How it works

1. Cast the self-sacrificing artifact in your hand by paying 0.
2. Ms. Bumbleflower triggers, causing an opponent to draw a card, and then putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness.
3. Evolution Witness triggers, returning the self-sacrificing artifact from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Activate the self-sacrificing artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it, and paying other costs if necessary.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop utilizes a zero-mana artifact—either Delif's Cone or Tormod's Crypt—as a repeatable spell to feed Ms. Bumbleflower's cast trigger. Each time you cast your chosen artifact, Ms. Bumbleflower places a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness. That counter placement triggers Evolution Witness, whose passive ability immediately returns the sacrificed artifact from your graveyard back to your hand so you can cast it all over again.
