How it works

1. Cast Delif's Cone by paying its mana cost.
2. When Delif's Cone enters, Builder's Talent's second ability triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
4. Resolve the Builder's Talent trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness.
5. Evolution Witness triggers, returning Delif's Cone from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the unassuming Delif's Cone into an infinite recursion engine by exploiting the persistent static presence of Builder's Talent at level 2 or higher. Whenever you cast the artifact, Builder's Talent triggers upon entry to place a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness. That counter placement triggers Evolution Witness's own ability, pulling Delif's Cone straight back out of your graveyard and into your hand. By sacrificing the artifact in response to that very same trigger, you fuel the cycle indefinitely while generating countless triggers and a massive storm count.
