How it works

1. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Delif's Cone from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Delif's Cone from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns the humble sacrifice of Delif's Cone into an infinite engine, fueled entirely by the recursive prowess of Arcbound Reclaimer. By sacrificing the Cone, you trigger Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer to grow itself and your Golems while feeding Arcbound Reclaimer the exact +1/+1 counter it needs to recycle the Cone back to the top of your library. From there, Mystic Forge lets you cast the Cone right off the top for free, setting up the next iteration of sacrifices, counters, and artifact triggers.
