How it works

1. During the end step prior to your turn, activate Grinning Totem by paying 2 and tapping it, causing you to search an opponent's library for an instant or sorcery card that can target a creature and exile it with the ability to cast it until your next upkeep.
2. At the beginning of your upkeep, Grinning Totem triggers, attempting to put the instant or sorcery into its owners graveyard, but instead exiling it with a void counter due to Dauthi Voidwalker.
3. Activate Dauthi Voidwalker by tapping and sacrificing it, causing you to cast the instant or sorcery without paying its mana cost, targeting Tethmos High Priest.
4. Tethmos High Priest triggers, returning Dauthi Voidwalker from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. Holding priority, activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying 0, attaching it to Tethmos High Priest.
6. Resolve the instant or sorcery spell, causing it to do nothing as Tethmos High Priest is now an illegal target, and then exile it with a void counter on it due to Dauthi Voidwalker.
7. Activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying 0, attaching it to Dauthi Voidwalker.
8. Repeat from step 3.

This intricate loop relies on Grinning Totem to fetch a target from your opponent's library, setting up the foundation when its delayed trigger drops that card into the graveyard during your upkeep. Dauthi Voidwalker intercepts that graveyard-bound card, exiling it with a void counter so you can sacrifice the Voidwalker to cast it for free. That spell triggers Tethmos High Priest's heroic ability, which brings Dauthi Voidwalker straight back to the battlefield from the graveyard. Meanwhile, Leonin Shikari allows you to instantly shuffle Lightning Greaves back and forth between your creatures for zero mana, protecting them as needed while the cycle loops infinitely for endless triggers.
