How it works

1. Activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying 0, targeting The Notary Hobbits.
2. Monk Gyatso triggers. Choose not to airbend The Notary Hobbits.
3. Resolve Lightning Greaves' ability, attaching it to The Notary Hobbits.
4. Activate The Notary Hobbits by tapping it, adding at least CC.
5. Activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying 0, attaching it to Monk Gyatso.
6. Activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying 0, targeting The Notary Hobbits.
7. Monk Gyatso triggers, airbending The Notary Hobbits.
8. The Lightning Greaves ability fizzles due to no longer having a legal target.
9. Cast The Notary Hobbits from exile by paying 2.
10. Repeat.

By bouncing the original hobbits in and out of exile with Monk Gyatso's airbending ability whenever Lightning Greaves targets them, we can continually recast them for a mere two mana while generating an endless stream of enters-the-battlefield triggers, storm count, and profit.
