How it works

1. Cast Dream Stalker by paying 0.
2. When Dream Stalker enters, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop comes together by using Morophon, the Boundless to slash the generic cost of spells of a chosen type by {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}, which neatly cancels out the alternative {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} mana cost provided by Jodah, Archmage Eternal. With both of those pieces in play, you can cast Dream Stalker for absolutely free. When Dream Stalker hits the battlefield, its mandatory trigger forces you to bounce a permanent, which naturally targets itself—returning it right back to your hand so you can cast it all over again for zero mana.
