How it works

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Morophon.
2. When Morophon dies, Orah triggers, returning Sister Hospitaller from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, returning Morophon from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to gain 7 life.
4. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
5. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Sister Hospitaller.
6. When Sister Hospitaller dies, Orah triggers, allowing you to return a Cleric with mana value 5 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
8. Repeat.

This intricate loop transforms Shilgengar, Sire of Famine and Orah, Skyclave Hierophant into a macabre recycling engine by using Morophon, the Boundless as a high-value sacrifice target and Sister Hospitaller as the bridge to pull it right back. When Shilgengar sacrifices Morophon, Orah's trigger plucks Sister Hospitaller from the graveyard, and Sister Hospitaller's entry immediately returns Morophon while padding your life total. As you feed Sister Hospitaller to Shilgengar's first ability in turn, Orah steps in once more to recover a lesser Cleric, generating an endless cascade of Blood tokens, life, and death triggers.
