How it works

  1. Cast Spider-Man 2099 by paying 0.
  2. When Spider-Man 2099 enters, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  3. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Jodah, Archmage Eternal's alternative cost into a free engine by pairing it with Morophon, the Boundless naming the Human creature type. Because Morophon reduces the colored mana cost of your Human spells by {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}, Jodah's requirement to pay {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} is completely negated, allowing you to cast spells of that type for free. You then leverage this zero-cost casting to repeatedly deploy Spider-Man 2099, whose entry trigger lets it bounce itself right back to your hand. This creates an endless cycle of leaves-the-battlefield and enters-the-battlefield events alongside an infinite storm count.
