How it works

1. Activate Perilous Forays by paying 1 and sacrificing a creature you control, searching your library for a land card with a basic land type and putting it on the battlefield untapped due to Horizon Explorer.
2. When the land enters the battlefield, Curse of the Restless Dead triggers, creating a creature token.
3. Activate the land by tapping it, adding 1.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms a single mana investment into a massive ramp engine by feeding your own creatures to Perilous Forays. Each time you sacrifice a creature, Perilous Forays fetches a land with a basic land type straight from your library, which immediately enters the battlefield untapped thanks to Horizon Explorer's passive bonus.
