Bontu's Monument triggers, losing each opponent 1 life and gaining you 1 life.
Acererak enters the battlefield, triggering Ayara and itself.
Resolve the the Ayara trigger, losing each opponent 1 life and gaining you 1 life.
Resolve Acererak trigger, returning it to your hand and venturing into the Lost Mine of Phandelver.
Each time you trigger the Dark Pool room ability, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
Repeat.
This loop turns Acererak the Archlich into a self-sustaining engine by abusing his ability to bounce himself straight back to your hand upon entering the battlefield, provided you bypass the Tomb of Annihilation. With Urza's Incubator naming Wizards and Bontu's Monument both reducing Acererak's casting cost to zero and draining the table, and K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth allowing you to pay life instead of mana while triggering off every black spell cast, you can recast him infinitely without ever tapping a land. Meanwhile, Ayara, First of Locthwain joins the monument to double up on the life drain with every single entry, letting you repeatedly venture into the Lost Mine of Phandelver until your opponents are completely drained away.
