How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Boonweaver Giant
2. When Boonweaver Giant dies, Minion's Return triggers, returning Boonweaver Giant from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Boonweaver Giant enters, it triggers, returning Minion's Return from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Boonweaver Giant.
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop harnesses the recursive power of Boonweaver Giant to grind your opponents to dust with Altar of Dementia. When you sacrifice the Giant to the Altar, Minion's Return steps in to immediately resurrect it, triggering the Giant's entrance ability to fetch the Aura right back from the graveyard and attach it anew. Because Minion's Return continuously brings back the creature and the creature continuously retrieves the Aura, this closed circuit generates an infinite loop of sacrifices and enters-the-battlefield triggers.
