How it works

1. Cast Courageous Resolve by paying 2.
2. Activate Frenetic Efreet an arbitrarily large number of times by paying 0.
3. Resolve a Frenetic Efreet ability, causing you to flip a coin.
4. Karplusan Minotaur triggers. If you won the flip, it deals 1 damage to any target you choose. If you lost the flip, it deals 1 damage to a target of an opponent's choosing. You cannot lose the game due to this damage due to Courageous Resolve, and Karplusan Minotaur cannot be destroyed due to its indestructibility or protection.
5. Repeat from step 3.
