How it works

1. Play Selesnya Sanctuary.
2. When Selesnya Sanctuary enters, it and Tireless Provisioner trigger
3. Resolve the Selesnya Sanctuary trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Tireless Provisioner trigger, creating two Treasure, two Clue and two Food artifact tokens due to Academy Manufactor and Tippy-Toe.
5. Activate Time Sieve by tapping it and sacrificing five of the artifact tokens, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
6. Repeat each turn.

This intricate loop achieves infinite turns by exploiting a clever compounding of token generation and artifact sacrifice. Each turn, you replay Selesnya Sanctuary to trigger Tireless Provisioner, whose landfall ability is supercharged by Academy Manufactor and Tippy-Toe, Terrific Partner to flood the board with a massive pile of Clues, Foods, and Treasures. You then cash in five of these newly minted artifacts to Time Sieve, taking an extra turn so you can simply replay the Sanctuary and do it all over again.
