Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Selesnya Sanctuary.
When Selesnya Sanctuary dies, Toph, Hardheaded Teach triggers, returning Selesnya Sanctuary from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
When Selesnya Sanctuary enters, it triggers, returning the artifact cast in step 1 from the battlefield to your hand, as it's a land due to Toph, the First Metalbender.
Resolve the Shilgengar ability
Repeat.
This ingenious loop transforms ordinary artifacts into a self-sustaining engine, anchored entirely by Toph, the First Metalbender turning your nontoken artifacts into lands. Once this foundation is laid, you cast a zero-mana artifact, letting Toph, Hardheaded Teacher trigger its earthbend ability on Selesnya Sanctuary to prepare it for sacrifice. Shilgengar, Sire of Famine then consumes Selesnya Sanctuary, which safely bypasses final destruction because Toph, the First Metalbender's passive safety net—or more directly, the interaction of bouncing your land—returns it right back to the fray. When Selesnya Sanctuary re-enters, its own bounce trigger targets the original artifact (which is now a land thanks to Toph, the First Metalbender), returning it to your hand to start the cycle anew while Shilgengar churns out an endless supply of Blood tokens and triggers.
