How it works
Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Propeller Pioneer, adding CC.
When Propeller Pioneer dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return Propeller Pioneer from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
When Propeller Pioneer enters the battlefield, its fabricate ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Servo, adding CC.
Repeat.
This elegant loop relies on Nim Deathmantle to continuously recycle your fallen heroes using the mana generated by Ashnod's Altar. When you sacrifice Propeller Pioneer to the Altar, the resulting mana pays for a portion of the Deathmantle's resurrection cost, while the Pioneer's fabricate trigger provides a Servo token to sacrifice for the remaining mana needed to sustain the loop. Because the Pioneer leaves behind a token each time it returns, you always have a fresh sacrifice ready for Ashnod's Altar to fuel Nim Deathmantle's revival ability indefinitely.
