How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Propeller Pioneer.
2. When Propeller Pioneer dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Propeller Pioneer enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Isilu, Carrier of Twilight—the backside of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn—to grant your nontoken creatures persist, turning your graveyard into a revolving door. When you sacrifice Propeller Pioneer to Carrion Feeder, persist brings the Pioneer right back to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter. Fortunately, Propeller Pioneer's fabricate 1 ability triggers upon re-entry, placing a +1/+1 counter that immediately cancels out the -1/-1 counter via state-based actions. This leaves the Pioneer fresh and ready to be sacrificed to Carrion Feeder all over again, generating an endless cascade of sacrifices, triggers, and growth.
