How it works

1. Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Propeller Pioneer.
2. When Propeller Pioneer dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Propeller Pioneer enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Woe Strider ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop is enabled by the flip-side of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight, which grants every other nontoken creature you control the persist ability. By sacrificing Propeller Pioneer to Woe Strider's sacrifice ability, the Pioneer dies and triggers persist, bringing it back with a -1/-1 counter. Fortunately, Propeller Pioneer's fabricate ability triggers upon re-entry, placing a +1/+1 counter on it that immediately neutralizes the -1/-1 counter through state-based actions. Because Woe Strider's sacrifice outlet lets you feed the loop an infinite number of times, you instantly generate boundless sacrifices, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and scry depth to sculpt your hand however you see fit.
