How it works

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1.
2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Intruder Alarm.
3. Resolve the Intruder Alarm trigger, untapping all creatures.
4. Resolve the Docksdie Extortionist trigger, creating at least six Treasure tokens.
5. Activate five Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 3.
6. Activate Livio's first ability by paying 1, exiling Dockside Extortionist with an aegis counter on it.
7. Activate Livio's second ability by paying 2 and tapping it, returning Dockside Extortionist from exile to the battlefield.
8. Repeat from step 2.

This brilliant loop turns the table's own artifacts and enchantments against them by harnessing Dockside Extortionist to flood the board with Treasure tokens whenever it enters the battlefield. Intruder Alarm stands ready as the engine's heartbeat, its static ability automatically untapping every creature—including Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel—the moment that goblin arrives. With the mana generated from sacrificing a few of those Treasures, you feed Livio's first ability to safely tuck Dockside Extortionist into exile with an aegis counter, and then use its second ability to bring it right back down to reset the whole cascade.
