How it works

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1.
2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least five Treasure artifact tokens.
3. Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
4. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping two Treasure tokens, untapping Erratic Portal.
5. Activate Erratic Portal by paying 1 and tapping it, returning Dockside Extortionist to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Repeat.
7. If opponents control six of more artifacts and/or enchantments, this combo nets infinite untapped Treasure tokens as opposed to infinite tapped Treasure tokens.

This brilliant loop relies on Dockside Extortionist entering the battlefield against a sufficiently stocked board of opponent artifacts and enchantments to flood you with Treasures. While Erratic Portal conveniently bounces the Goblin back to your hand for reuse, its high activation cost and tap requirement would normally slow you down. That is where Clock of Omens steps in, cleverly turning your newly minted Treasure tokens into the engine that untaps Erratic Portal so you can repeat the process indefinitely.
