How it works

1. Activate Orthion's first ability by paying 1 and tapping it, creating a token copy of Dockside Extortionist with haste.
2. When the token Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least six Treasure artifact tokens.
3. Activate six Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 5.
4. Activate Staff of Domination's third ability by paying 3 and tapping it, untapping Orthion.
5. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1, untapping it.
6. Repeat.
7. If opponents control at least seven artifacts and/or enchantments, this combo nets infinite Treasure tokens and colored mana, and you may then target any other creature using Orthion's ability, or use any of Staff of Domination's other abilities.

This clever loop relies on a critical mass of enemy hardware to fuel a self-sustaining engine. When Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink copies Dockside Extortionist, the goblin's entry triggers a flood of Treasure tokens if your opponents control at least seven artifacts and enchantments combined. You can then use those newly minted Treasures to pay for Staff of Domination, whose third ability untaps Orthion and whose first ability untaps itself. By repeating this loop, you generate an infinite surplus of mana and artifact tokens to draw your entire deck, gain infinite life, or infinitely copy any other creature you control.
