How it works
- Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1.
- Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Cloudstone Curio.
- Resolve the Dockside Extortionist trigger, creating at least three Treasure tokens.
- Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Blazing Rootwalla from the battlefield to your hand.
- Activate Anje by tapping it and discarding Blazing Rootwalla into exile.
- Blazing Rootwalla's madness ability and Anje trigger.
- Resolve the Blazing Rootwalla trigger, causing you to pay 0 to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
- Blazing Rootwalla enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio, returning Dockside Extortionist from the battlefield to your hand.
- Resolve the Anje trigger from step 6, untapping it.
