How it works

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1.
2. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and allowing you to put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield.
3. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it and Coercive Recruiter trigger.
4. Resolve the Dockside Extortionist trigger, creating at least five Treasure artifact tokens.
5. Resolve the Coercive Recruiter trigger, untapping Chulane and giving it haste until end of turn.
6. Activate five Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 4.
7. Activate Chulane by paying 3 and tapping it, returning Dockside Extortionist to your hand from the battlefield.
8. Repeat.
9. If opponents control six or more artifacts and/or enchantments, this combo nets near-infinite Treasure tokens and colored mana.

This loop turns Chulane, Teller of Tales into a relentless engine by leveraging Dockside Extortionist to fuel the mana required for his activated ability. As Dockside Extortionist repeatedly enters the battlefield, it generates a flood of Treasures—provided opponents control enough artifacts and enchantments—which you sacrifice for the mana needed to bounce it back to your hand. Meanwhile, Coercive Recruiter acts as the crucial untapper, ensuring Chulane is always ready to activate again while also triggering whenever Chulane enters or leaves the sequence. Together, they exploit Chulane's bounce ability to endlessly recast your goblin artificer, drawing your entire deck and dumping every land from your hand and library directly onto the battlefield.
