How it works

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1.
2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least six Treasure tokens.
3. Cast Lore Drakkis for its mutate cost by paying U/RU/R, targeting Dockside Extortionist.
4. Lore Drakkis's mutate ability triggers, returning Clutch of Currents from your graveyard to hand.
5. Cast Clutch of Currents by paying , returning Dockside Extortionist and Lore Drakkis to your hand.
6. Activate five Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing those, adding 1U/RU/R.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the explosive artifact generation of Dockside Extortionist into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing Lore Drakkis's mutate ability to repeatedly fish Clutch of Currents out of your graveyard. Once opponents control enough artifacts and enchantments to fund the cycle, casting Clutch of Currents bounces the mutated creature stack right back to your hand. From there, you simply replay Dockside Extortionist to generate more Treasures, cast Lore Drakkis over it to recur the bounce spell once more, and repeat the process to flood your mana pool and rack up an infinite storm count.
