How it works
- Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1.
- When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least four Treasure tokens.
- Activate three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
- Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist.
- Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying 2 and sacrificing a Treasure token, returning Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Repeat from step 2.
This loop turns a high-yielding Dockside Extortionist into a complete engine by leveraging the sacrifice outlets and recursive tools of Bartolomé del Presidio and Ruthless Technomancer. Once your opponents control enough artifacts and enchantments to net extra mana from Dockside Extortionist's entry trigger, you can sacrifice it to Bartolomé del Presidio to clear the board position and grow your vampire. From there, Ruthless Technomancer uses a single leftover Treasure token alongside the mana generated by the rest of the hoard to pull Dockside Extortionist right back out of your graveyard and onto the battlefield, restarting the entire process.
