How it works

  1. Cast Mercurial Pretender by paying 4U mana, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Dockside Extortionist.

  4. Activate Mercurial Pretender by paying 2U manaU mana, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
