How it works

  1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1R mana.
  2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least five Treasure tokens.
  3. Activate four of the Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2W manaR mana.
  4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist.
  5. Sigil of the New Dawn triggers, causing you to pay 1W mana to return Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Dockside Extortionist's power.
  7. Repeat.
