How it works

1. Deal damage to Donna Noble.
2. Donna Noble and Repercussion trigger.
3. Resolve the Donna Noble trigger, dealing damage to an applicable target.
4. Resolve the Repercussion trigger, dealing damage to Donna Noble instead of you due to Pariah.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This delightfully devious loop weaponizes your own life-protection gear into a lethal win condition, legal in formats like Commander and Legacy. By enchanting a creature with Pariah, you redirect all incoming damage away from yourself and onto that unfortunate soul, which the soulbound Donna Noble uses to trigger her own ability and hurl damage directly at an opponent. Meanwhile, Repercussion watches that same damage hit the creature and immediately inflicts an equivalent amount of damage to its controller, looping the pain right back to Donna Noble. As long as Donna Noble and her paired partner stay alive under your control, this reflexive echo chamber repeats itself until your chosen rival is entirely depleted of life.
