How it works

1. At the beginning of your end step, Conjurer's Closet triggers, blinking Timestream Navigator.
2. Timestream Navigator enters the battlefield, triggering Molten Echoes, creating a token copy of Timestream Navigator with haste.
3. Activate the token Timestream Navigator by paying 2, tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop relies on the city's blessing to continuously bend time in your favor, provided you have at least ten permanents in play to unlock Timestream Navigator's activated ability. By letting Conjurer's Closet exile and return the original Timestream Navigator during your end step, you trigger Molten Echoes to instantly manufacture a hasty token copy of the Pirate. You can then tap that token copy to take an extra turn, tucking it safely onto the bottom of your library while the original stays put to repeat the cycle endlessly next turn.
