How it works

1. During an opponent's turn, activate Heart of Kiran by tapping Wylie Duke.
2. Wylie Duke triggers, causing you to draw a card and gain 1 life.
3. The Watcher's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
4. Resolve the Heart of Kiran ability, causing it to become a creature until end of turn.
5. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing the Tentacle.
6. When the Tentacle dies, The Watcher's second ability triggers, untapping Wylie Duke and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent.
7. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability
8. Repeat.

This clever engine transforms Wylie Duke, Atiin Hero into a tap-and-untap powerhouse by bypassing standard crew costs: using Heart of Kiran's alternative payment lets you tap Wylie Duke directly to crew the Vehicle, immediately triggering Wylie Duke's draw and life gain. That extra card drawn on an opponent's turn prompts The Watcher in the Water to spawn a 1/1 Tentacle token, which is then fed directly to Umbral Collar Zealot's sacrifice outlet. Crucially, the death of that Tentacle triggers The Watcher in the Water's second ability to untap Wylie Duke and place a stun counter, looping the entire process seamlessly.
