How it works

1. Activate Simic Growth Chamber by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Ley Weaver by tapping it, untapping Wirewood Lodge and Simic Growth Chamber.
3. Activate Wirewood Lodge's second ability by paying and tapping it, untapping Ley Weaver.
4. Repeat.

This loop relies on Ley Weaver's ability to untap two lands at once—specifically Wirewood Lodge and Simic Growth Chamber—while Simic Growth Chamber supplies the blue and green mana needed to keep the engine running. To make this work smoothly, Wirewood Lodge’s ability to untap an Elf is normally restricted, but Amorphous Axe solves this neatly by turning Ley Weaver into an Elf of every type, allowing the Lodge to untap her on demand. Once everything is in motion, tapping and untapping your lands and creatures in sequence generates an infinite surplus of blue mana.
