How it works

1. Activate Gaea's Cradle by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Ley Weaver by tapping it, untapping Wirewood Lodge and Gaea's Cradle.
3. Activate Wirewood Lodge's second ability by paying and tapping it, untapping Ley Weaver.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns a modest board into an engine of limitless green mana by transforming a non-Elf into the key to the whole operation. By outfitting a creature with Amorphous Axe, it gains the Elf creature type, allowing Wirewood Lodge to untap it for a single green mana. Once Ley Weaver uses its tap ability to refresh both Wirewood Lodge and Gaea's Cradle, you can cycle the untaps indefinitely to pump Gaea's Cradle's mana production into the stratosphere.
