How it works

1. During the end step before your turn, cast Kaervek's Spite by paying , discarding your hand, and sacrificing all permanents.
2. Academy Rector triggers, exiling itself and searching your library for Barren Glory, putting it onto the battlefield, and shuffling your library.
3. Resolve Kaervek's Spite, causing target player to lose five life.
4. At the beginning of your upkeep, Barren Glory triggers, causing you to win the game.
