How it works

1. Cast Diamond Lion by paying 2.
2. When Diamond Lion enters, Ronin Warclub triggers, attaching itself to Diamond Lion.
3. Activate Diamond Lion by tapping it, sacrificing it and discarding your hand, adding three mana of any color.
4. When Diamond Lion dies, Koll triggers, returning Diamond Lion from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This clever little engine turns a modest mana rock into an infinite powerhouse by looping it directly through the graveyard. When you cast Diamond Lion, Ronin Warclub automatically swoops in to equip it upon entry, which satisfies Koll, the Forgemaster's requirement to track enchanted or equipped creatures. Because Diamond Lion can be sacrificed immediately to yield three mana of any color, you can pay its initial cost over and over while Koll, the Forgemaster continuously returns it from the graveyard straight to your hand. Meanwhile, Maelstrom Wanderer sits comfortably in the background, granting all your creatures haste so you can deploy your looping threats without missing a beat.
